Equivalent, replacement, alternative, analog, retrofit, analogue: Pall Ultipleat high flow filter cartridge HFU640UY700J

General Information

FCTFUAPP4070HE is manufactured as the direct equivalent, replacement, alternative, analog, retrofit and analogue to replace Pall Ultipleat high flow filter cartridge HFU640UY700J.
FCTFUAPP4070HE polypropylene pleated high flow filter cartridge is specifically developed to provide higher flow solution for particulate removal in clarification and prefiltration of process, representing a highly-optimized pleated filter technology.
This is a large diameter (152 mm/6 inch), coreless, single open ended (SOE), pleated cartridge with an inside to outside flow direction, allows for maximum dirt holding capacity, extending service life for change-out. The high flow by large filtration area reduces the quantity of filter cartridge and the size of housings required.
The polypropylene construction offers broad chemical compatibility. The unique filtration media of polypropylene and glass fiber results in an excellent filtration efficiency, which largely reduces the burden of downstream process for particle removal applications, such as cooling water, RO systems for seawater desalination, oil fields and other industrial fields etc.

Features

  • Absolute micron retention ratings from 0.45 to 100 microns
  • Ergonomically designed handle.
  • High surface area, high flow rates with low pressure drops
  • Various configuration in lengths and adaptors

Benefits

  • Reduce capital expenditure by fewer cartridges and housings used.
  • Reduce operational expenditure by reduced cartridge change-out frequency, downtime, product waste, labour and disposal costs with longer service life.
  • Ideal choice for a wide variety of process applications.
  • Highly durable polypropylene construction, broad chemical compatibility, suitable for rigorous process conditions.
  • Faster, easier filter change-out.
  • Direct and economical filter element replacement.

Applications

  • Food & Beverage
  • Process water
  • Cooling water for power generation
  • Seawater RO pre-filtration
  • Pulp & paper and textiles
  • Petrochemical and chemicals
  • Industrial condensate water
  • Municipal water, etc.
